Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions (Pro/Team or in-app Premium) unlock higher limits and features described at purchase time.

By purchasing you confirm you have read and agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Security Policy, and this Refund Policy.

Unless required by applicable app-store or local consumer law, fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and quota has been made available.

If a charge error, duplicate purchase, or service outage prevents use, contact billing@reqnora.com within 14 days with receipt details. We may issue a goodwill refund or credit at our discretion.

App Store / Google Play purchases follow the store’s refund process; Reqnora cannot override store decisions.

You may cancel renewal for future periods. Access continues until the end of the paid term unless the store or billing provider states otherwise.
