Privacy Policy

What we process

Reqnora processes account data and request content you send through the API so we can deliver notifications and interactive approvals to your devices.

This may include email, name, project metadata, API key hashes, request titles/messages, responses, device tokens, webhook delivery logs, plan/billing identifiers, and security settings such as 2FA status.

Security of credentials

API secrets are hashed at rest and shown in full only once. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.

You are responsible for protecting your password, API keys, session tokens, and device access. If you leak credentials, Reqnora is not liable for unauthorized use of your account or resulting losses.

We strongly recommend enabling authenticator 2FA for approvals and using a unique, strong password.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. Push payloads are kept minimal.

We do not take responsibility for how you use the product or for third-party systems you connect to Reqnora.

Your controls

You can revoke API keys, change passwords, enable 2FA, adjust notification preferences, and permanently delete your account from Settings.
